Slacking off

So I’ve managed to piss away another weekend with numbing lethargy. I really have got to get in gear and write bothof my reviews. I started to write my Skype for the iPod/iPhone review last night, however I got interrupted. I will try to finish it tonight. It should be relatively easy sine it’s not an in-depth review. The Windows 7 review on the other hand will take sometime, as that will require a much more hands-on approach.

Nothing like going to the Apple Store dressed like Steve

So we decided to hang out with our good friends Aliy and Stephen last night. Aliy had to pick up her wedding dress from the a shop in Castleton, so we went with. Afterwards, we stopped for a bite and hit up the Apple Store at the Fashion Mall for some Mac goodness.

While there, I decided to finally get Cryssy the iPod Touch she’s been wanting. Since she gave her old 3rd gen Nano to one of her friends back in Arizona, she’s been without her tunes ever since. She liked my first gen Touch so much, I thought I’d get her one for herself.

On a more professional note, I really have to get my butt in gear and get to writing some reviews. I wanted to do a review of Windows 7, I’ve been to busy with client projects since February. Now that Skype for the iPhone has been released, the pressure is on to really get cracking. Look for these and possibly more reviews to come in the next several weeks.

Cryssy’s right.  I need to update this thing more.

I’m sitting in the community center as a type this post.  “Why,” you may ask?  Because originally, at 10am this morning, when I went to set up the NMD booth, it was raining something horrible.  Thunder.  Lightning.  Armageddon from the skies.  So we moved the booths into the community center across the street.  I wound up setting the booth up across from the bingo tables, so hopefully foot traffic will be good.

Meh and tiredness

So I’ve managed to get about 3 hours of sleep in the past 72 hours.  Wee.  Stupid web servers!  I’ve been up late trying to get my business infrastructure working, but does it want to co-operate?  Nooooo.  Fahhh!!!

I guess there’s always tomorrow, but I’m running out of time.  I don’t have all the time in the world to screw with this.  I have other things to do.  Like service my clients.
